Terms of Service

Effective Date: 24 June, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of eventum.ai (the "Site"), operated by Eventum AI Corp ("Eventum," "we," "us," or "our"), a California-based AI delivery and embedded-talent firm. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site.

1. Who these Terms are for

The Site is intended for businesses, professionals, and engineers interested in our services or in joining our talent network. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit any form. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes that company.

2. The Site is informational; engagements happen under separate agreements

The Site describes our services, publishes our thinking, and lets you contact us. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on the Site creates a client, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship between you and Eventum.

All consulting, delivery, and staffing engagements are governed exclusively by a separately signed agreement (for example a master services agreement, statement of work, or staffing agreement). If anything on the Site or in these Terms conflicts with a signed agreement between you and Eventum, the signed agreement wins. Booking a call, submitting a brief, or exchanging emails with us does not by itself create an engagement.

3. Content and intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, images, case studies, articles, guides, page design, and code) are owned by Eventum or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. "Eventum," "Eventum.ai," and our logos are our trademarks; client names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear to identify the relevant work.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site and to view, download, and print its content for your internal business evaluation and informational purposes. You may not republish, sell, scrape, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for fair use (for example quoting an article with attribution and a link).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, except with our prior written authorization;
  • interfere with the Site's operation (including denial-of-service attacks, flooding forms, or introducing malware);
  • use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to harvest content or personal information from the Site at scale, including for training machine-learning models, without our written permission;
  • submit false, misleading, or infringing information through any form, or impersonate any person or company;
  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or block access (including by IP) for violations of this section.

5. Forms and submissions

When you submit a form on the Site (project inquiry, call booking, talent application, or newsletter signup), you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not send confidential information through the Site. Until you and Eventum have signed a non-disclosure or services agreement, anything you submit (including project descriptions and ideas) is received on a non-confidential basis, and we are free to use general knowledge, skills, and experience relating to it. If you choose to send us feedback or suggestions about the Site or our services, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

6. Talent applications and the talent network

If you apply to join our talent network:

  • you confirm the information and any résumé you submit are truthful and your own, and that you are legally able to work in the engagements you apply for;
  • submitting an application does not guarantee review, an interview, placement, or any engagement, and does not create an employment, agency, or exclusive relationship with Eventum;
  • any actual placement or engagement will be governed by a separately signed agreement.

If Eventum introduces you to a candidate, client, or opportunity through the Site or our process, you agree not to knowingly circumvent Eventum to engage that party directly in order to avoid our fees for a period of twelve (12) months from the introduction, except with our written consent.

7. Case studies, metrics, and testimonials

Case studies, statistics, and testimonials on the Site describe specific engagements with specific clients at specific times. They are illustrative, not a promise: your results will depend on your data, systems, team, scope, and many factors outside our control. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of outcomes, timelines, cost savings, or performance improvements.

Our articles, guides, and other Site content (including content about AI models, tooling, costs, and architectures) are provided for general information. They reflect our views as of their publication date, and the AI field changes quickly; content may become outdated and may contain errors. Portions of Site content may be produced or assisted by AI tools and reviewed by our team.

Site content is not engineering, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. Any decisions you make based on Site content, including decisions about AI systems, models, vendors, or architectures, are your own responsibility. Outputs of AI systems generally can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased; you are responsible for validating any AI output before relying on it.

The Site links to and integrates third-party services (for example our scheduling provider and social platforms). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. A link from the Site is not an endorsement.

10. Availability and changes to the Site

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) EVENTUM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE; AND (B) EVENTUM'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW. FOR CLARITY, LIABILITY UNDER A SIGNED ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT IS GOVERNED BY THAT AGREEMENT, NOT BY THESE TERMS.

13. Indemnification

If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eventum and its officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content or information you submit, except to the extent caused by our own misconduct.

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email info@eventum.ai with the subject "Copyright complaint," identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material and its URL, your contact details, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder. We will review and respond promptly, including removing or correcting material where appropriate.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Each party waives any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. Before filing, you agree to first contact us at info@eventum.ai and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the Site. Changes apply prospectively from their posting; your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Eventum regarding use of the Site, and supersede prior understandings about Site use. They do not modify or replace any signed agreement, which controls for engagements (Section 2).
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms create no rights in anyone other than you and Eventum.
  • Survival. Sections 3, 5, 6 (non-circumvention), 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 17 survive any termination of your use of the Site.
